Shipping & Returns
Our Shipping Carrier is the United Parcel Service and Canada Post for shipments within Canada. All items shipped are insured. Quotes provided for your items during checkout are calculated on-the-fly in real-time by the UPS and Canada Post quote servers. Shipping prices depend upon weight of the package(s), shipping destination and service selected.

Products are normally shipped out within 24 hours of receiving your order. For orders shipped to Canadian destinations, GST and PST (if in Ontario) will be added to your totals.

Return Policy:

We will accept returns of any parts and/or products that we determine have been shipped in error for an exchange if unused and in original packaging. If we make a mistake, you must contact us before returning the part so we can correct it or you will be charged the restocking fee. Give us the opportunity to determine if there is a mistake, (for instance some parts look or install differently from the original, due to design changes etc). We will gladly correct any mistake on our part. Call 1-866-428-5590, 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Mon - Fri. If there is a return of non electrical parts and/or products within 14 days of purchase and they have been inspected for use or damage you will be credited the total charge, minus a 35% restocking fee and the shipping charge, or you can have store return credit for the total amount of your return, saving the 35% restocking fee. If you would like store return credit call 1-866-428-5590, 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Mon - Fri. Parts and/or products cannot be returned after the 14 day period. Special order items cannot be returned.

Store Credit Request

If you select this option you are returning your parts and/or products for store credit. You may purchase another item for the amount of your original order. We will send you a purchase number by email for your use at anytime. No restock fee of penalties we be charged. Please note : For orders over 14 days, used, damaged parts by consumer or installed parts cannot be returned for store credit. They will not be accepted.

Damage in shipment

We will accept returns of parts and/or products damaged in shipment. Those will be replaced right away at no charge.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If the shipper tries to deliver the item(s) and the package is refused or no one is available after 3 attempts, the shipper will return the part/s to us. The shipper charges us both ways for this. We can reship the parts again to you for the cost of our shipping or a credit can be issued for the order, minus the cost of our shipping and a restocking fee of 35%. Orders that qualified for free shipping will be void.

Cancellations

Recognizing that an order for products, parts or services represents a commitment on the part of both the customer and supplier, and that processing an order requires an allocation of time, processing fees charged by the credit card processor and other resources unseen to the customer, we require that cancellations must be done within 1 hour of the order being placed and be done before 2 PM EST, to guarantee the stop of the shipment. 

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED THERE MAY BE A CHARGE OF $10.00 OR 5% OF THE TOTAL ORDER, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. NOTE: IF IT HAS SHIPPED, YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS LISTED ABOVE. Cancellations of backordered or special order items will be assessed a 35% fee. These items are special-ordered for you alone. Orders cannot be canceled after the order has shipped.

Important

Electrical parts/products cannot be returned, only exchanged if defective. Any installed, used or damaged parts by consumer cannot be returned. Special order items cannot be returned.
